Structural Engineer
Dunfermline
GBP24,000 - GBP32,000
Our client are a well established Civil and Structural Consultancy based in Dunfermline. They are looking for a Structural Engineer with at least 2 years experience working with all common construction materials. You will be joining an already established team that is rapidly expanding and you will be responsible for the successful production of accurate engineering designs.
The role:
* Initial concept design of structures
* Detail Design and checking of structural designs
* Reviewing drawing productions to ensure they comply with the design and that sufficient detail performance data is provided.
* Coordinating responses to Design Team members and the Local Authorities.
* Provision of engineering reports on existing buildings / structures.
* Site Inspections to inspect works are in compliance with design.
The Candidate:
* You will work alongside the Project Director/Engineer.
* You will possess the relevant technical skills to work both under your own initiative and as part of a team
* You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in a
* You will have an appropriate qualification
* A full driving license is desirable
