Accounting Software (Sage etc) Business Development Role GBP40k + OTE

An exciting and UK-wide opportunity has recently arisen for a strong Accounting-focused Business Development Manager at a Sage Partner based in the Midlands. You will have a fine understanding of the intricacies of Accounts and Accounting and as such be looking for a position within Business Development/Sales where you can utilise this experience to provide solutions for a wide range of SME to Mid-Market organisations across the Country.

My client are in the process of maintained and sustainable growth and need an additional Business Development Manager to continue bringing in new business. From a technical perspective, they have a fantastic team who are able to condense complex concepts into something feasible and achievable. This has long been a particular niche of theirs as their in-house training is second to none. As such, you can be assured that the support teams behind the sales processes are strong and you will be able to generate business through word of mouth, solid references and even upselling.

A generous salary of up to GBP40k is offered for this position, rising significantly when adding in a car allowance and an OTE. You will be looking at a first year take-home of around GBP80k. In addition to this, you are expected to be in the office once a week or so with the rest of your time scheduled to suit you. While this role will involve some long hours, you can generally work to a schedule that suits you and your needs. As anticipated, a host of benefits and features are also available. You will be joining an existing Sales Team who have reaped the rewards of hard work and a fantastic product for over 15 years.

Required Skills:

• Accounting Software Sales experience (e.g. Sage, Pegasus, Xero etc).
• Understanding of Accounts and Accounting highly preferred.
• Excellent at relaying ideas in presentation format face to face and webex.
• Full UK Driving license.
