FIXED TERM CONTRACT 6/9 MONTHS
Financial Services business require 2 Project Managers for this 1million GDPR project for which you will have the relevant GDPR experience to enable the client to meet the compliance requirements within the allocated timeframe
Overall Purpose of Job
Management of complex, high risk and/or cross functional programmes and projects in line with the Group Change methodology. Managing delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescales objectives, enabling business to realise benefits.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and deliver projects/programmes within the North View Group Change Framework, utilising standards and approaches
- Development of investment and business cases for initiatives including documenting background, scope, objectives, assumptions and critical success factors
- Management of cross functional teams to deliver change including tracking and reporting on the project teams activities and tasks
- Agreeing plans with project teams, documenting project plans including tasks, scheduling, milestones etc. and tracking to plan
- Ensuring appropriate resource is planned and secured to enable delivery
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues, actions and dependencies
- Managing of project meetings as per group change governance models
- Stakeholder management and communication on project/programme activities
- Identifying and enforcing change control in line with group change control framework, highlighting impacts to all necessary stakeholders and re plan accordingly.
- Participating in post implementation review of projects
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
- Project management tools and techniques
- Change management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, Agile and Lean)
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Change management skills
- Financial Services industry knowledge (desirable)
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and facilitation
