Highbury is looking for a 17 th Edition qualified Electrical Engineer for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Various shift patterns to be discussed at interview.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To inspect monitor, supervise and repair all aspects of electrical engineering works across all College sites
- Testing & monitoring of existing installations
- Undertake cyclical inspection surveys of the estate machinery and equipment
- Investigate reports of engineering service faults and failures, inspect and action repairs as appropriate
- Undertake statutory inspections to ensure electrical services comply with all relevant legislation and health and safety requirements
- Contribute to the introduction of energy and cost saving
- Provide advice relating to the efficient and effective use of plant
