Salary: £21,522.07 per annum
15 Months Fixed Term Contract – 37 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Multi-skilled Trade Operative on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Blaina, Blaenau Gwent.
They are seeking a fixed-term Multi-skilled Trade Operative to join its Property Services department.
The role will provide a high-quality repair and maintenance service across the organisation’s properties and community areas. The role will initially be based in the Empty Homes team - ensuring that all aspects of repairs and maintenance tasks are undertaken in a safe manner and according to the appropriate standards to ensure tenant satisfaction once let.
The Multi-skilled Trade Operative should be suitably experienced and competent across a range of trade disciplines, with the ability to also provide good customer service.
