JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator - P5541
LOCATION: Frome, Somerset
SALARY: GBP19,500 to GBP21,000 per annum, depending on experience plus pension and 24 days holiday
Our client is a well-established and successful local employer and due to internal promotion has an urgent requirement for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
As Sales Administrator, your duties will include:
- A range of administrative duties to support the sales team including producing documents (word and excel), monitoring stock and assisting with the preparation of a range of information for tenders and quotations
- Assisting clients with queries
- Liaison with the transport department to organise deliveries
- Adhoc project work as and when required
The sales team mostly works remotely therefore this individual will be able work on their own initiative in a very fast paced environment. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with a range of internal staff and departments. You will also possess a good level of IT literacy, in particular Word and Excel and be organised with a flexible approach and professional telephone manner.
