Digital Order Processor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking candidate, with excellent written English and a basic understanding of SEO to join the marketing department. This person will be organised, have astute attention to detail and love administrative tasks. With interest in our digital products increasing, there is an exciting opportunity for a new recruit to process digital orders, liaise with clients, increase renewal rates and offer customer support. You will have bags of initiative, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and create compelling copy.

Mandatory skills:

• Experience of using a CRM/CMS and updating websites
• Basic knowledge of SEO strategies and best practice
• Excellent written English
• Eye for detail
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and internal staff
• Ability to work with designers to create compelling artwork
