Customer Service Advisor - South Korean Speaker
Full time: Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP17,000 - GBP18,500 a year
I am looking to recruit a native South Korean speaker to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a rapidly expanding extreme sporting goods company.
The role will be based in their Gloucester office, you will be dealing with and supporting the social media and email side of the business as well as translating marketing messages into your native language.
Previous experience of giving fantastic customer service would be beneficial but is not essential.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A good understanding of giving great customer service
- Competent with word packages
- Native/Fluent in South Korean
- Have a good telephone manner
- Have the ability to deal with Customer queries
