Artworker

Juice has a fantastic job working with a long established company in the centre of Bath as an Artworker. They are a friendly team who provide products all over the world and also have made over 2 million pounds for charity.

In this role you will be supporting the studio manager and designers in perfecting designs by achieving deadlines and managing accounts pro-actively.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

• Discussing business objectives and requirements of the jobs
• Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up to date with progress
• Prioritizing Artwork jobs according to criteria set by the Studio Manager ensuring that you apply creative input based on customers or designer's brief.
• Checking and amending layout documents to the specified standard and creating templates as required.
• Supply mock ups (also some artwork) or technical artwork and cutter guides as directed if required.
• Working with a wide range of media and being flexible to adapt to changing demands.
• Proofing to produce accurate and high-quality work

The perfect candidate will have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate a brief with account holders. Good presentation skills are essential and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to account holders and colleagues.The software knowledge needed for this role is Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
