Our client is looking for a Team Manager that is highly professional, on the ball and focussed. To ensure that client service levels and reporting are consistently delivered to high standard as defined by the company. This fantastic opportunity encompasses being on form technically, numerically and working with the ability to deliver solutions within a team.

Responsibilities:

• To oversee and check the work of the administration teams
• To assist in administrator staff training and answer administrative questions
• Organise and prioritise the teams???????? work -ensuring that the completion is within quality standards and agreed service levels.
• To confirm that client service levels and reporting are consistently delivered to a high standard.
• Accurately check and authorise the work of others in the team and manage the workload and distribution of work for the team
• Maintenance of all information and databases to ensure its accurate as well as up to date.

As a Team Manager for our client, you may have more or less of a client technical and/ or people management role within the team. This is all according to the scope of the schemes and the nature of the services being provided.

It's essential you have/are:

• A minimum of 5 years defined benefit pension administration with a minimum of 2 years in a management/ team leader role.
• Strong working Knowledge and experience or pensions administration and pensions legislation and regulation.
• AMPI qualification as a minimum
• Computer literate and strong on Microsoft office suite esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Attention to detail and ability to competently check work of others
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and use the tools provided
• Strong working knowledge and experience of Pensions Administration and Pensions legislation and regulation.
