Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a reputable FMCG business based in Ely who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their group finance function.
The role will offer the successful candidate so fantastic experience and exposure to a unique working environment that supports progression and encourages their employees to strive for greatness.
Responsibilities:
*Preparing annual budget pack and 5 year plan
*Quarterly forecasting
*Monthly management reporting
*Managing and forecasting cash flow, including cash position, bank reconciliations, etc.
*Managing expense and petty cash claims
*Capex analysis
*Assisting with the year-end internal and external auditing and consolidation process
Requirements:
*Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA
*Minimum 3 years management accounts experience, forecasting and budgeting, etc.
*Ideally have consolidation experience
*Ideally have experience of systems implementation/improvement process
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Adaptable and resilient
*Good communication skills
*Committed to continuous improvement
*Able to meet deadlines under pressure
The successful candidate will be support within the business and encouraged to progress to become a qualified accountant. In addition to this, you will expect to get invaluable accounting experience in an ever changing environment.
