Leading Banking Services Company are urgently seeking a KYC Quality Control Analyst with a strong correspondent banking knowledge to join their teams in Glasgow.

Responsibilities of the KYC Quality Control Analyst will include but not limited to:
- Champion the delivery of what the Customer/Client & the Business wants to become the Go-To Bank.
- Offer training and coaching support in KYC / QC methodology to increase consciousness throughout the KYC Team
- Complete all-inclusive quality reviews of KYC due diligence for Correspondent Banking Team
- Assist testing and implementing of new controls and checks for KYC Operation teams
- Drive "Right First Time" performance and provide feedback to support preserving and improving standards.
Have you got the below essential requirements?
- KYC experience is critical
- Supportive of people development.
- PC skills (particularly Word and Excel)
- Good appreciation of our regulatory environment
- Knowledge of a Control environment and maintaining a Quality Control framework
- Stakeholder/Relationship Management familiarity
- Hands-on involvement in fulfilment of Controls and Checks
