FINTEC recruit is seeking a Dynamics Support GP Consultant managing our clients cloud and IT support services. This is a permanent position with salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. Based in Central London.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer position:-
- Resolve and support requests from customers and route requests and enquiries to relevant company expert
- Perform contracted maintenance and system management tasks
- Install and configure GP and related products for end users
- Troubleshoot issues in GP, and ISV products.
- Perform system testing and some end user client training
Skills and Experience required:-
- 3+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics GP Functional Consultant
- Participated in all stages of lifecycle in multiple GP implementation projects
- Strong in writing Functional specification, Gap document and training material
- Good Analytical, Presentation skills
- Have an understanding of core financials and project accounting
- An understanding of common GP ISVs.
