Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
We are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader on behalf of a leading Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance and Facilities Management Company that currently employ over 700 people across the UK and are contracted to work for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Industrial Estates and the Major House Builders. This role covers maintenance contracts within the local area.
The role is calling for a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic Team Leader who has had experience of :
?? Grass cutting, strimming, using blowers, hedge cutting and litter picking, dead heading, pruning weeding etc.,
?? Driving a Company vehicle and transporting the team.
?? Maintaining all equipment.
?? Completing relevant paperwork
?? Assigning and monitoring a team, trained on the safe use of equipment
You will need to have a full and valid driving and ideally trailer licence and be happy to take on responsibility for leading your team, ensuring that you have the correct materials, plant and tools needed to complete the job as well as being responsible for the day to day Health & Safety of yourself and your team.
This is a permanent role with a basic salary of between GBP17000.00 and GBP21000.00 per year which is negotiable depending on experience, licences and tickets.
