Chase and Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a growing, successful business in Gainsborough who would like to add an enthusiastic and capable Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk, working 3-4 days per week, to cover a period of maternity leave.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Purchase ledger including UK and International payments
- Entering of supplier invoices including manual matching
- Resolving all invoice discrepancies and queries
- Setting up and completing supplier payment runs
- Obtaining authorisations where required
- Petty cash reconciliations
The successful candidate will:
- Have relevant experience in a purchase ledger function including working with multiple currencies
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Be confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable
- Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
