This could be the ideal role for you. We are looking for a part-time Payroll / HR Administrator to work for a leading employer in Bognor Regis
The right candidate will be highly organised, have fantastic communication skills, be a warm and friendly people person, have a comprehensive IT knowledge including all Microsoft applications and love working under pressure.
Salary is GBP9,000 - GBP10,000 per year 20 hours per week, and the company are flexible about the days / hours - to be negotiated at interview.

Overall scope of the role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support in the Human Resources Office. This is a varied role where you will support the entire employment cycle of a team member, with a biased towards payroll.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- To provide a high level of administrative support to the Human Resources office
- To ensure all payroll questions are answered in a timely manner and run our seasonal payroll function in conjunction with another HR Team member on a bi weekly basis.
- To review our current administrative practices and suggest changes where required
- To ensure filing is completed in a timely manner and ensure we are compliant with relevant legislation.
- Ensure that any issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently
- Observe and maintain the Company policy regarding Data Protection always
- Ensure all necessary Company paperwork is completed in line with internal and external policies and procedures.
- Liaise regularly with the HR Operations Manager and HR team to discuss & prioritise any Department needs
