**EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A PASSIONATE & MOTIVATED CHEF LOOKING TO FURTHER THEIR CAREER** STRAIGHT SHIFTS & CLOSED FROM BEFORE CHRISTMAS UNTIL EARLY JANUARY**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef to join the team here at this stunning 5 star, exclusive event centre with extensive Conferencing & Banqueting facilities set in the countryside of Berkhamstead.

You will be confident in running a busy section in the kitchen and have previous experience within a similar environment - high volume and top quality, 100% fresh food within a C&B / Event space. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to cope with large numbers throughout the week and weekend.

You will assist the kitchen team in delivering top quality food at all times for all Banqueting events as well as a large number of weddings/private events across the weekends. The such events will see more of an A La Carte style menu being executed. You will have high standards and understand the importance of consistency while maintaining a high level of health & safety at all times.

You will work straight shifts (8-4 / 2-10) with the occasion split depending on events across the busier periods. You will have on average 1 in 3 weekends off and the whole site closes down for just over a week between Christmas and New Year. Full use of the gym and tennis courts on site also.

Driving and access to your own vehicle is essential. Live in available.
