We are expanding the Performance Improvement (Guidewire) Insurance Testing practice and are looking to recruit talented consultants with deep seated Insurance, business transformation and testing expertise.

This role involves Test Managing major Insurance transformation programmes across Europe, working with client, offshore and 3rd parties to deliver various phases on testing. Setting up and implementing testing processes, matrix and innovative solutions to make testing a success.

Testing key skills [for multi geography Insurance Programmes]

  • Test management of EY, client and 3rd party teams
  • Test strategy and planning for large insurance programmes
  • Experience of managing SIT, UAT, NFT and OAT phases
  • Experience of SDLC and STLC
  • Hands on Experience in managing testing in an agile and waterfall environment
  • Knowledge/experience of the major tools commonly encountered during testing
  • Experience on creating and implementing automation testing strategies
  • Preferred experience on Guidewire and FADATA implementations
  • ISEB Foundation in software testing

Manager responsibilities include:
