We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Sheffield. Our client specialise in providing specialist services to the Financial Services Sector.
Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full time permanent Quality Coordinator to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. A degree of flexibility is needed due to the nature of our clients business
Overall responsibilities:
Develop and maintain individual and team based performance measurement systems to support the effective management of individual productivity, and performance
Develop and monitor key performance indicators so as to provide timely management information to the Operations Manager and promote a proactive approach to under performance
Assess telephone calls (live and retrospective) and system entries for quality, compliance and effectiveness
Provide formal and informal feedback to individuals as necessary.
Lead performance improvement and personal development activity where necessary
Provide training sessions to both individuals and groups
Interact with clients
Set objectives in monthly reviews and take responsibility for the assessment timetable
Assist the Operations Manager with the day to day management of teams, and the development of new processes and procedures
Any other duties as required
The Candidate:
Previous experience, or experience within a similar role
Focus on uncompromising performance and customer service.
Previous experience in coaching and training teams
A proven track record of improving individual and collective performances is essential
Excellent communicator both verbal an written
Professional approach
