Resourcer - Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Withington

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a niche recruitment agency as a Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment consultant. We have a great reputation across the UK within the childcare and social care recruitment sector, with both large national chains and independent organisations.

The company source permanent staff within the early years and social care fields and work nationally to support clients with their recruitment needs. We source all levels of staff from Nursery Nurse and Support workers to Director level positions. The role is based in Withington, South Manchester, in lovely offices with a great working environment

Our company has a good reputation for quality services and are looking for a candidate to join our team who will enable us to continue exceeding customer expectations. The role is a crucial position and is involved with sourcing high calibre candidates to fill vacancies, dealing with existing clients, generating new business. The role will include:

Placing job advertisements

Sourcing candidates via various methods

Contacting candidates to assess their suitability

Interviewing candidates

Formatting CVs

Referencing

Building positive relationships with candidates

Gaining post placement feedback from both candidate and client

Using database to update records

The role is a full time position 40hrs a week and holidays must be taken in term time. Candidates should have:

Excellent communication skills

Strong IT skills (working knowledge of EXCEL, word)

Works well under pressure

Able to meet deadlines

Ability to multitask

an understanding of recruitment or HR and/or a knowledge of the childcare/social care sector would be desirable

Salary is GBP17 -GBP19k per annum plus a bonus scheme after qualifying period
