Nursery Manager role in Wembley, Greater London

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking to join a company that can offer a competitive salary and further development.

If so we are recruiting for full time permanent Nursery Manager for a setting in Wembley, Greater London.

The nursery is part of a small chain, that offers outstanding facilities for both children and staff.

Duties include:

• The day to day management of the Setting, including staff management, marketing and business
• To oversee a successful, high quality childcare provision, ensuring that standards are met and children receive excellent quality care and education
• Supervision of and support to the other personnel within the Setting therefore implementing high standards of quality practices.

The company are seeking experienced Nursery Managers whom can work in a challenging, fast moving environment.

You must:

• hold a relevant childcare qualification (level 3 as minimum but ideally level 6)
• Have proven nursery management experience in a setting with good overall grades with Care Inspectorate
• Experience of managing large staff teams
• Excellent staff management skills
• Be passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare possible
• The ability to work on own initiative
