Floor Layer (Nation Wide) - Full-Time, Permanent GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + Van + Fuel Card.

Due to an increase in demand our client is looking for new members for their team and are keen to find someone who is a skilled floor layer. This is a nationwide role so your home location isn't important.

The Role

• Measuring floors, uplifting old flooring and remove from site , screeding floors and laying different types of flooring inc. latex, plywood, vinyl, safety flooring, self-coved skirting, carpets, carpet tiles, wet rooms and welding seams ensuring a tidy and professional finish to works completed.
• Confidence in working in a neat fashion with an eye for detail, not to mention the ability to work safely, as we pride ourselves as a company in our attention to detail and adherence to Health & Safety rules and regulations.
• Reliability, which is key as customers are made aware that works will be completed on certain days and deadlines are expected to be met.
• Preference will be given to candidates who possess joinery skills as there will be times when it will be necessary for them to provide support to other members of the team.

The Person

Ideally the person will be a time served Floor Layer who is able to able to communicated effectively with all types of customers, providing help, guidance and solutions to their flooring needs. They will need to be able to work effectively whether alone or as part of a team.

A valid CSCS card will be needed for an immediate start.
