Transactional Foreign Exchange Sales
As a Barclays Transactional FX Sales Manager, you will drive and deliver FX (Foreign Exchange) coverage of dealt and payments FX to an small and medium enterprise companies within a specific region of the UK, you will manage a portfolio of around 150 clients generating FX turnover of GBP800m and revenue of GBP2m and provide exceptional customer service and build deep relationships. As part of the Corporate Banking Foreign Exchange team, you will originate and manage the FX product offering for corporate clients across three areas: Payments FX, Dealt FX & Specialist FX.

As a Barclays Transactional FX Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Developing, articulating and delivering a strategy to retain and grow FX wallet share in the region covered
• Delivering expert support and analysis to 120 Relationship Directors and their support staff on all FX related content to ensure retention/growth of 1600 FX clients and GBP2.5bn of FX turnover
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across our product, coverage and foreign exchange teams to ensure business opportunities are progressed

• Detailed understanding and input to overall FX business goals and strategy
• Exceptional levels of accuracy in all client interactions, work quickly under pressure in high risk markets whilst adhering to all FX dealing policies
• Expert knowledge of key regulations impacting FX markets and client interactions
• Comprehensive risk management of portfolio of clients
• Subject expert on FX risk limits, FX dealing channels and paperwork requirements
• A high level of technical knowledge, understanding of markets and regulatory requirements.
