Business Development Manager/BDM - Finance ERP Sales - GBP35k + OTE

I am actively seeking a professional, experienced and confident Business Development Manager local to Sussex to join my client, a leading ERP Software Solution organisation. You will be involved at a senior level of the sales team, which is hotly anticipated to be expanding alongside the growing requirements of the business. You will learn a variety of complex software solutions and be involved in the opportunity creation through to closing. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been involved in ERP Sales - ideally at a Partner - and who is looking to take the next step of their career.

Your background in successful software sales will show a demonstrable track record against targets and ideally have been focused in Accounting of Financial software. You can have been field based, office based or home based. This role will be considerably office based with options for hom working as well as regular client site visits. You will be driven by numbers and KPI oriented and you will be looking for an opportunity to develop a longstanding and thoroughly respected organisation to the next level.

A generous base salary of up to GBP35k is offered and comes with some of the best sales incentives in the industry - including above market rate commission structures! Excellent holiday, private healthcare and dental care and a car allowance are offered as there is a cultural belief that healthy employees are happy employees. Based on previous performances, it is entirely feasibly to look at leaving your first year with a total take home of GBP70k+.

Required Skills:

• Experience selling Accounting Solutions - with sales record above target.
• ERP Solution knowledge highly advantageous.
• Excellent mannerisms on the phone and face to face presentation skills.
• UK license and car ideal due to potential UK-based travel.
