Overview - External:
We are currently looking for a team oriented individual to join our Forest Products team, based in Windsor, UK.
Responsibilities - External:
Reporting to the Assistant Client Processing Manager, your responsibilities will include validating and reconciling client information necessary to process new, renewal, anniversary business locations and values, prior to input into Business Interest Management systems and account information into Business Entities and Account Engineering systems.
Working with client and internal information users to resolve concerns of prospect/client data integrity, you will provide a quality, professional service to clients in co-ordination with other members of the Client Servicing Team (CST). You will transmit Risk Reports to the client and CST. Training will be provided to recognize major changes in engineering data and initiate alerts to CST members. You will also update data for the customer using various in-house account engineering tools, such as Risk Console, Infoport, MFL, EDE Servicing, Risk Mark.
Qualifications - External:
You should have strong administration experience, ideally in an insurance environment. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective time management and analytical skills. You must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and have a pro-active outlook. A good knowledge of MS office is needed and a working knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be helpful but not essential.
