The Area Cleaning Manager will be responsible for a contract providing cleaning services to a national public transport company. The contract covers the cleaning of the vehicles, the depots and the infrastructure network.

The Area Cleaning Manager will be working for a facilities management company operating nationwide providing the full range of FM services to a range of corporate clients.

Description

This position is responsible for the operational and financial performance of a large high profile contract providing cleaning services to a transport company. The contract covers the cleaning of vehicles, depots and infrastructure and has recently been mobilised.

This position will have a team reporting into it including contract management, area supervisors and operational staff.

Profile

Candidates for this role should have experience of managing cleaning contracts preferably in a transport environment or similar. You will need experience of managing a P&L and be able to evidence strong financial performance and growth. This contract will employ a large team of operational staff so experience of the effective management of a similar team is required.

This role is based in the South West around the Bristol area.

Job Offer

The position of Area Cleaning Manager has a salary of GBP35k - GBP40k plus car, discretionary bonus and an excellent package.
