The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced Chef for their client in Arundel.
This family country pub is seeking a capable Chef to strengthen the team and play a key role in the day to day running of the kitchen.
They're passionate about great food and great service, ensuring that the customer has the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Support the Head Chef
- Run service in the Head Chef's absence
- Kitchen management duties, stock control, wastage, hygiene etc
- Compliance with all statutory legislation & regulations
The ideal candidate will be a solid professional with experience in a similar role of responsibility.
You will be committed and passionate to providing great honest pub food.
You must be a good team player prepared to roll your sleeves up, as this kitchen is always busy.
You will be well organised and willing to learn new skills as needed.
Own transport is essential due to location
Full time, 5 days shifts. Hours to be confirmed at interview.
Salary: GBP20-22k depending on experience.
