Job Title: Project Co-ordinator

Location: London, WC1

Salary: £25k - £30k

Our client is a 15-year-old niche consultancy, specialising in helping mostly London based clients save money without sacrificing quality. They are a UK leader in outsourcing, procurement and consultancy. They analyse, advise and implement cost reduction strategies for corporates, not for profit clients and professional service firms.

The company is a diverse but vibrant team of twelve who serve a range of clients' and have a wealth of experience in business services, within the professional services, hospitality, distribution and retail sectors. They have some great clients including household names across the corporate and not for profit sectors.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to add a Project Co-ordinator to our small team based at Chancery Lane, London.

The project co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • ensuring that our clients are taken quickly and effectively through our embedded processes to achieve cost savings;
  • ensuring that tasks within the process are assigned, using our digital platform, to remote team members appropriately;
  • ensuring that all assigned work is followed up on ensuring that deadlines are achieved and that no client stagnates in the process;
  • ensuring that all team members, currently 8 remote workers, are appropriately managed to ensure they remain engaged with the business and our processes;
  • ensuring that clients remain updated as to the progress of their account;
  • monitoring work levels and signing-off on remote workers timesheets;
  • assisting in updating processes and associated process maps;
  • ensure client databases and CRM systems are updated immediately for complete clarity on the account.
  • working with the Operations Manager on specific improvement projects e.g. tidying up of databases, systematic shortening of turnaround time

To be successful in the role you will:

  • have experience in end to end project management, being successful in driving through projects to their conclusion;
  • have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; experience in the sector isn't necessary;
  • have experience at team-leader, supervisor or manager level in a help-desk, quality management or other detailed oriented environment;
  • be switched-on and open-minded therefore being able to identify process errors and suggest improvements;
  • ideally have experience in Smart sheets, G-Suite, Zoho and advanced Excel skills;
  • you do not need to have project management qualifications for this role and PRINCE2 qualifications will probably mean you're too high level for the Client.
  • be a real self-starter and be comfortable working in a small team with autonomy.

The Company Offers:

The office is based near Chancery Lane in a communal work space where there is always lots going on; with on-site showers, bike storage and gardens; and table football, ping pong, beer & cider on draught, it's a really impressive work environment.

Along with this, we offer 28 days holiday (with a further day off on your birthday), a contribution of £40 a month toward gym membership and the opportunity to take two days to volunteer for a charity or social enterprise.
