Area Sales Manager - South West - GBP30,000 pa
Our client, a dynamic, expanding and global business, are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join and support their team, focussing on the South West. Currently operating in over 20 countries, they are planning on doubling this in the next 3 years. A family owned business, they offer an attractive benefits package, and they are ideally looking for someone based around the A303.
The Candidate
Supported by your Regional Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a territory profitably. You will deal with existing business whilst targeting new business and working with your dedicated sales support and marketing functions.
It will involve selling the company's full portfolio of products through a consultative sale into a variety of end users including Schools & Nurseries, Local Authorities and Councils.
Essential Skills:
- Have experience of identifying new opportunities and making appointments,
- Building rapport,
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Consistent closer to achieve monthly and annual targets,
- Highly motivated to be a top performer,
- First class account management capabilities,
- Computer literate,
- Smartly presented,
- Full driving licence.
The Rewards
Competitive basic salary of circa GBP30,000 pa with a significant OTE, company car, pension, health care, laptop, broadband, mobile phone and 25 days' holiday.
