The Role,
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join our team based in Wetherby. The successful Installation Manager will receive a competitive salary package based on experience.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be fully responsible for the overseeing and management of orders from placement through to final delivery and after sales service. The role requires high levels of customer service and managerial skills to ensure any customer issues are satisfactorily resolved to the required standard in a timely and efficient way.
Working alongside the project coordinator and support team the successful candidate will take ownership of the full project life-cycle right through to completion.
To be successful as the Project Manager your existing knowledge and experience will likely allow you to demonstrate strong financial and people management ability mixed with a first-hand understanding of the building and installation process, and of the business's wider service delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
Management of the process from order to delivery
Allocating work to the required departments
Ability to project manage small building/construction works
Managing customer payments and balances
Scheduling service work
Dealing with customer queries
Managing branch deliveries and stock control
Management reporting
To ensure first-hand knowledge of each installation project
Thorough knowledge of the industry, including installation projects management
Technical installation knowledge and understanding of relevant building works controls and procedures
Exceptional time management
Strong cost and budget management experience
Attention to detail with right first time ethos
Effective results driven approach to performance management
Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role is highly advantageous as are excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience in using EQ Software & Planit Fusion would be beneficial but not essential.
