Telesales Executive

My client, a specialist outsourcing group providing financial services to a variety of clients is currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join their team based at their offices near Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The successful applicant will be working to foster long term relationships with customers, to be the preferred telecom solution provider for SME businesses in the South

We believe in a partnership approach to business, carefully assessing our customer's needs before providing the telecoms package suited to them.

Ideally, we would like to recruit a candidate with prior exposure to an office/telephone based sales role however this is not essential. As a minimum, we require someone with retail based sales experience looking to get into their first office based telesales role. Full product training will be provided along with sales specific training and coaching. Due to location, you must have access to your own transport!

A basic salary of £16,000-£20,000 is on offer plus an uncapped commission structure. Alongside this is a whole host of exciting benefits including:
