Looking for an intriguing role working with autonomy to improve an existing SMIS system?

My client based within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station is recruiting a Service Desk manager to take ownership of the improvement and expansion of an existing SMIS. You will be responsible for the monitoring systems managing performance processes for the CCS + SMIS following ITIL methodology.

You must have prior engagements dealing with external stakeholders delivering weekly + monthly dashboards, whilst providing leadership and training to your team.

Key Skills:

- Creating, managing and supporting an SMIS-( Saftey Management Information System)
- Creating, managing and supporting an CCS (Close Call System)
- Managing training programmes and liaising with stakeholders
- Creating monthly reports from the dashboard information
- Collaborating with internal departments to increase functionality
- ITIL certified
- Experience with agile methods
