My client is a lovely Botley based firm seeking a bright and engaging office administrator to join their busy Business Support Team and also support on reception. The position is full time, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with free gym membership.

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

Sorting and distribution of morning post to all teams
Undertaking photocopying/scanning/printing for all teams
Assisting reception with hospitality needs as and when required
Requesting files from storage/sending files to storage
To ensure the confidentiality of all the firms' and client documentation and/or information
To undertake any other duties as required by the Business Support Team.
