Customer Service Agent F/T This independent telecoms company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to join their small but friendly Customer Service Team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. About The Company: The company was incorporated from a home office by their Managing Director at the age of just 25. They have grown now to a team of 29 over 3 floors with a combined telecoms experience in excess of 100 years. Duties and responsibilities: - Log customer queries on ticketing system - Respond to customers within a set SLA - Ticket queries sent to the right department for investigation - Update customers in a timely manner - Process mobile hardware orders - Process mobile queries and requests - Liaise with suppliers - Correspond with customers via email and phone - Credit requests - Ensuring customer records are kept up to date - Process Cancellations Skills and experience required: - Excellent written and verbal skills - Commercially aware - Strong communication skills and clear and professional telephone manner - Teamwork - Good initiative - Computer literate - Positive can do attitude Hours: - 40 hours per week - Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Salary and benefits: - GBP14,000 to GBP17,000 dependant upon experience - Pension with Employer contributions
