We are currently seeking a proactive Administrative Office Assistant to join a dynamic team in the thriving employee centric office environment based in South West London.
The business is a leading supplier of medical products and services in the UK, supplying to hospitals, clinics, and home care clients nationwide.
The position is for an Administrative office assistant to be based in the UK head office (SW London).
In this role you will be responsible for assisting the team in all general administrative duties, speaking to clients over the phone, handling customer enquiries, processing invoices and dispatch of goods & services, assisting with data entry and use of the in house CRM system, assisting and supporting the sales teams and directors when required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1- 2 years office administration experience in London, experience working with CRM systems, competent in MS office packages, excellent customer service skills, experience supporting sales teams and relevant sales documentation such as invoicing, and a proactive persona who wants to be part of a team orientated environment.
In return you will receive a salary of £22,000 per annum for a full time position, a "business park" work environment with onsite gym, cafeteria and regular social events held by the service office facilities.
