About CIBD Technology
CIBD Technology is responsible for the delivery of IT services to Corporate and Investment Banking Division. We shape and deliver the portfolio of change in addition to managing the BAU live service to ensure that our clients have uninterrupted access to the critical services they require to run their business.

Role Purpose
  • Defining, analysing and documenting requirements for initiatives which require Salesforce implementation
  • Responsible for understanding latest technical and functional developments in Salesforce and developing CRM roadmap for CIBD Technology
  • Salesforce Subject Matter Expert who can act as the bridge between the Business, IT and other Businesses


Key Accountabilities
  • Working with the business to determine and document clear and concise business requirements.
  • Working with IT groups to convert requirements into specification.
  • Development of system operating models and processes
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of User Testing including Impact Analysis
  • Develop and deliver user procedures and training
  • Identify/anticipate obstacles and analyse and propose resolutions
  • Understand impact of proposed changes on business areas and processes
  • Working closely with Architecture Team and contribute to the long term strategy around CRM architecture
  • Interact with MD and Director level stakeholders and present the Key Salesforce Initiatives and Salesforce Roadmaps
  • Develop Business Cases for Salesforce roll-out


Stakeholder Management and Leadership

The role will require strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation. Be creative and demonstrate strong leadership across the Business Analysis Team. Main areas of engagement will be with, UK Corporate Banking Coverage, Operational Teams and Client Servicing Team and strong collaboration working across project/feature teams. Role will require demonstrating strong communication skills both verbally and visually ensuring the right level of message is received by the right level of the recipient of the message. Strong ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders will be needed.

Decision-making and Problem Solving

The role requires very strong analytical skills, demonstrating a variety of Business Analysis, Lean and Agile techniques. Ability to apply root cause analysis to problems identified, and be creative to finding the right solution for the customer and the business. To be the leader of Design Authority for the area of change represented.

Person Specification
  • Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Certified Professional with a strong exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Business Analysis in Financial Services industry (Front Office and Client Servicing Departments)
  • Strong analytical skills, methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • Strong team player; someone who will make a contribution to areas outside their remit and appreciates the bigger picture
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and make informed decisions
  • Ability to use own initiative to resolve issues/ investigate and find solutions
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
