Contract: Full time (1FTE - 37 Hours)

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Lecturer in Electrical/Electronic Engineering to join our friendly and professional team.

Candidates must hold a degree (or higher) in related subjects, along with having experience and knowledge of delivering up to and including HNC (Level 5) in the following subjects:-

• Analytical Methods for Engineers

• Engineering science

• Project Design, Implementation and Evaluation

• Electrical and Electronic Principles

• Engineering Design

• Further Analytical Methods for Engineers

• Management of Projects

• Electronic Principles

• Instrumentation and Control Principles

• Advanced Mathematics for Engineering

• Electrical Power

• Utilisation of Electrical Energy

• Electrical, Electronic and Digital Principles

• Further Electrical Power

• Applications of Power Electronics

• Computer Programming Techniques

• Principles and Applications of Microcontrollers

• Digital and Analogue Devices and Circuits

• Control Systems and Automation

• Microprocessor Interfacing and Control

Candidates must also hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DET/DTLLS or Cert ED (or be willing to work towards this depending on Contract).

It is desirable that candidates also hold a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and a Certificate/Award in Internal Quality Assurance.
