Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their luxury hotel serving food to 2AA rosette standard based in Bristol. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage a modern kitchen. Managing your brigade you will serve food for the fine dining restaurant, bar and lounge, afternoon teas, weddings, and events
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal menu
Managing, motivating and developing the brigade
Improving and maintaining Hygiene Standards
Managing GP targets
The Person
Already working as a Head Chef
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of luxury hotel kitchen with 2AA rosettes
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills
Salary & Benefits
