In-House Lawyer - Fixed Term Contract - Financial Services
Based in the North West an in-house lawyer is required on a fixed term contract basis to provide effective and timely legal advice for a leading financial services client.
The role offers an excellent working environment, including flexible/home working.
You will be required to advise the business on legal and regulatory requirements. Providing legal support to the business on how its products, processes and systems meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Successful candidates will have a detailed working knowledge of English contract law in a regulated financial services context and must have a solicitor qualification.
They should also have a general grounding in financial services regulation and experience of consumer credit (either in private practice or in-house law).
