Learning Support Assistants - South Birmingham
Smile Education are seeking to appoint a dedicated, talented and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join one of close and welcoming schools in South Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be working alongside our passionate, and supportive staff to assist children with their learning and achieve success. The capability to work as part of a team and under your own creativity is important. The successful candidate must be persevering, calm and flexible in her/his working practices. The ability to be able to build a strong relationship with children, be flexible and dedicated and to be able to use your own creativity to support the class teacher.
You will be required to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed planning and preparation of materials and learning resources as well as being a role model always to the children and young people.
Overall the role of Learning Support Assistant is to contribute in providing the best possible atmosphere in which the educational support and developmental needs of individual learners can be met.
