SALARY:- Inner London Pay Scale - MPS 1 - MPS 6
Who are the school looking for?...The schools' SLT are keen to recruit a down to earth, confident and positive practitioner, ideally with Inner City experience. Whether an NQT or an experienced class teacher, the focus is on ability within the classroom and personality. Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate is a MUST, due to the school's diverse pupil population. Applicants should ideally have been observed as good or outstanding recently, and be up to speed with the current UK primary curriculum.
What will the role involve?...If successful, you will become part of a very effective key stage 2 phase, who work cohesively with one another, proactive in sharing best practice. This is a supportive and social team of teachers, backed by a strong SLT. This is a full time KS2 post, starting September 2017; supportive by an excellent SLT who are passionate about their school and invest heavily in CPD.
A little more about the school: This is a lovely school, well run, with established systems in place. Typical of a Central London Primary School, SEN and EAL numbers are above national average, but pupil progress is very good; highlighted by OFSTED during the last inspection (2015). The site is a short walk from stations on both the Piccadilly Line and London Overground (ZONE 2). The school has some excellent facilities, with the SLT vocal about wanting to offer a comfortable and creative learning environment to every child and their staff.
Clarus Education are looking to interview ASAP, with the school keen to observe, tour and interview ahead of the Easter break. Early applications are advised. Please submit a full CV and brief cover letter.
If shortlisted, the Clarus Team will be in touch within 48hrs to discuss the role further???!
