Category Insight Manager
This is a Category Insight role for a fantastic consultancy based in York. They are leaders in their field, are growing at pace and are enabling their staff to develop some excellent careers.
The Consultancy
They are a specialist insight and category consultancy servicing the FMCG industry and have some of the world's biggest brands as their clients. They are a young and dynamic business with a human feel to them - people enjoy working there and they are given opportunities to progress.
The Role
* You will be responsible for growing sales for clients by finding insights and recommendations to implement category development projects
* You will conduct data analysis and skilfully identify opportunities and make recommendations
* Development and presentation of commercially focussed category presentations
* Client Management
The Person
* Previous experience of the FMCG industry
* Previous history of working on in-depth category management projects (e.g. data analysis, category strategy development, range reviews, category layout, category communication)
* Strong data analysis experience
* Good client management and communication skills
* Curious and thorough.
