As the successful Accounts Payable Executive you will be:

• Entering and scanning supplier invoices to the internal software system (Horizon) and processing payments.
• Regular supplier reconciliations and contacting suppliers about variances that have occurred
• Reviewing and controlling unpaid invoices on Horizon and chasing suppliers when applicable
• Helping new suppliers with any queries and setting them up on the Horizon system
• Speaking to clients and suppliers as the first point of AP queries including: accountants, surveyors and facilities managers
• Any other task that may reasonably be required.

As the successful Accounts Payable Executive you will have:

• A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• A professional, pro-active and organised approach to work.
• Accounts Payable experience is highly desirable but not an essential

In return you will be paid a salary of GBP19k-GBP25k per annum dependent on experience. The working hours are Monday-Friday 09.00-17.30.
