Office Administrator/Receptionist – Manchester

bet365, one of the world’s leading online gambling companies, is a driving force in the development of enterprise and internet technology. We have rapidly grown into a global operation, delivering an unrivalled online experience to more than 21 million customers in 18 languages.

We opened an office in Manchester just over one year ago to continue the growth of our software development function by exploring a new talent pool in the city centre. Due to the continued success of this expansion the department now spans three floors and is continuing to grow with a head count already in excess of 130. As a result of this rapid growth we are now looking to add an Office Administrator/Receptionist to the team.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Systems Development, the responsibility of the role will be to organise and coordinate administrative duties within the Manchester office. This will involve greeting visitors, taking stock of and managing office supplies, liaising with our internal facilities department as well as the building management company and a number of third parties whose services we use for the day-to-day running of the office.

The successful candidate should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve the overall working environment. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be advantageous.

Required Key Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in general Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)

To apply, email a copy of your CV and Covering Letter by following the instructions at the bottom of this page quoting the reference OAR0917MNP in the subject line by Monday 2nd October 2017.
