That's why we're expanding our Retail Wealth and Banking team with a wide range of contact centre and in-branch customer service roles. It's all part of an ambitious plan to shape the future of the financial industry throughout the Channel Islands and Isle of Man - led independently from our mainland UK business. The opportunity

We're currently looking for professionals from entry level right through to management. What we're looking for in you

We're most interested in people with a genuine desire to influence the future of banking in the local community. Specific skills and knowledge required will vary depending on each role. Whichever role you choose though, you'll need excellent customer service skills, as well as the confidence to take ownership of a broad range of finance responsibilities. Ideally, you'll also have relevant experience within the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or a similar environment.

• Contributed pension ( 10% on the first GBP20,600 of your DCS pensionable salary (pro rata for part time) and 9% for any salary above this - up to the Scheme Earnings Cap. If you pay contributions of between 1% and 7% of your pensionable salary, HSBC will match it.)
