Digital Delivery Lead
As part of a Digital Transformation team, you will be a catalyst for improving the delivery of value to customers. Improvement measures may include speed of delivery, frequency of delivery, cost effectiveness and feedback from stakeholders and the customer. You will be expected to improve general business delivery capabilities by working across diverse and cross-functional stakeholder groups with an agile, continuous improvement mind-set at all times.
The appropriate use of your consultancy, project management and business analysis skills will shape what is to be delivered and how. In particular, your personal credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders will be key to demonstrate and maintain the alignment of delivery with company strategy.
A mix of your skills will need to be deployed flexibly according to the change to be delivered and as such, the role may cross traditional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master boundaries. Whatever your background, you will have a reputation for being the 'first choice resource' when the business needs to get something done.
Experience Required:
You must therefore have demonstrable experience of helping technical and non-technical teams to navigate multiple change initiatives in complex, multi-functional and customer facing environments. You may have spent time as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Change Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Management Consultant.
