Purpose of the role:

To provide technical support to the A&P Team Manager across the range of Pensions and Life Products to enable the team deliver excellent customer across our product range ensuring the SLA's and KPI's are met. Responsible for ensuring controls are in place to mitigate Risks, Complaints & Breaches.

Key accountabilities:

  • Ensure all departmental risks and issues are reported and tracked through to closure with relevant supporting evidence to validate closure.
  • Ensure timely reporting and identification of issues and take the lead on issue Management, ensuring root cause analysis is established; corrective actions are identified and tracked through to closure.
  • Represent Customer Services in any company wide projects requiring pensions and/or Life product expertise. Represent the A&P Team on any departmental projects or initiatives
  • Point of contact for complex queries from the A&P team that cannot be resolved by the Team Manager or CSS
  • Work alongside the CS Technical Team to review all processes and procedures
  • Support the Technical Team with any remedial work required to resolve issues
  • Liaising with Finance Team on non BAU type issues and or transactions
  • Liaising and supporting the Marketing Team on any customer mailings
  • Liaising with and supporting the IS department with any data integrity issues
  • Liaising with Barnett Waddingham on complex queries that cannot be handled by either the A&P TM or CSS's
  • Liaising with Willis Towers Watson on complex queries that cannot be handled by either the A&P TM or CSS's
