PHP Developer / Magento Developer / Software Engineer

A PHP/Magento Developer is required to join a well-established digital agency based in Maidstone.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
PHP, MySQL, Magento

BENEFIT PACKAGE:
Up to £35k dependant on experience, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service), pension, dedicated research and development time.

LOCATION:
Maidstone, Kent. 10 Minute walk from Maidstone East and Maidstone West stations

DESCRIPTION:
An experienced PHP Developer is required to join a digital agency based in Maidstone, specialising in Magento ecommerce websites with custom third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will join a team working on a number of high profile ecommerce projects with well-known clients.

The role will involve maintenance and enhancements of existing websites alongside the development of new projects, primarily using Magento. The company are open to developers at different levels of skill and experience, if you have PHP but limited Magento experience don't worry as they would be happy to put you through your certifications. However, developers at the top end of the salary bracket would need to have worked with developing Magento sites.

KEY SKILLS:
- Strong commercial experience with PHP
- MySQL
- SQL Server
- Experience with jQuery
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Git, or similar version control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Magento Certification or experience working with Magento
- Strong JavaScript skills, including es6/7 and NodeJS
