Position: Photography Studio Manager
Location: Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire
Salary:  £17,500 + Commission
Working Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, 09.30am – 6pm
Benefits: Full Holiday Entitlement and Company Pension Scheme

The Studio Manager Role:
We are looking for an up and coming Studio Manager, that will have a major influence over the success and activities within the studio including leadership, staff support, sales and photography.

This Studio Manager role offers:

• Opportunity to work in a busy studio environment alongside other photographers with similar interests
• Opportunity to build upon the success of an established studio with established staff, with the support of the Company Owners and 2 other studios based in Birmingham and Leicester
• Onsite training as required

The Ideal Candidate:
The Studio Manager must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Be presentable and confident
• Have a passion for photography 
• An outgoing and energetic personality

Skills & Experience Required:

• Fully experienced in all aspects of digital studio photography, lighting techniques and digital manipulation/Photoshop techniques
• Leadership skills
• Photography sales experience 
• Proven portfolio of relevant work
• Photography Degree / similar qualification or relevant work place experience

Our client is a professional photography company with studios currently located in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, at the Custard Factory, Digbeth, Birmingham and City Centre Leicester.

Their studio portrait sessions are open to all, from children and families to people and their pets! Forget stiff, lifeless posed portraits, their pictures are fun and free spirited reflecting the real you, your family, your life together.
