Customer Service Representative - Permanent - GBP18,000 - GBP21,000 (DOE) + OTE - Bristol
Halo Recruitment represent an organisation who work within the motor industry, based in Bristol, who are searching for an Customer Service Representative. Successful candidates will be contacted by a member of Halo Recruitment and updated regarding the next stage.
The Customer Service Representative will hold the following responsibilities:
?? Deal with customers face to face and over the phone
?? Help customers make booked and generate quotes
?? Use exceptional customer service skills to offer add-ons
?? Take payments and make refunds
In order to be suitable for this role, the requirements that must be met are as follows:
?? Excellent customer service skills
?? Be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
?? Full UK Driving licence
?? Experience within a similar role is preferable but not essential
